Phantoon Revisited

Damn, fuckin badass Phantoon bro.

I always thought they should of had him appear more threatening then he did in the game, like more evil undead ghost boss rather then looking like a one-eyed jellyfish.

I love how you did the darkness around him using pencil, did u smudge it to look like that or just shading?
